Policies

• As a new patient, we will attempt to ease the anxiety and complexity of the initial visit.  The complexity of Medical-legal evaluations are higher and it may take up to four hours to complete.  Please prepare of this time line to avoid being frustrated. We may need to obtain testing and history which can prolong the initial visit.  
• Please avoid brining children to the office as they may be disruptive in the waiting room.  Please maintain confidentiality when talking around others.  
• We strive to keep a quite waiting area, so please keep cell phone off and if needed, please step outside to talk on the phone.  
• We do not validate parking.  
• If provided with pain medications, it is important that no other physician provides you with the same type of medications.  If we are notified that you are receiving pain medications from multiple physicians, we will request that your care be transferred from our office.  
• Forms that are needed to be filled by our office will take us a minimum of one week.
